2.Those solemnized by any person not legally authorized to perform marriages unless such marriages were contracted with either or both parties believing in good faith that the solemnizing officer had the legal authority to do so.
* Tingin ko po kasi fixer yung nagkasal. Not 100% sure, but if proven, can i use this as ground?
3. Marriages solemnized without a license, except those marriages exempt from license.
* I was married on short notice. Sinabay lang sa binyagan para lumabas na legit child yung anak ko. Wala counseling na nangyari.Wala din po kaming kinuha na licsence nung exwife ko.
