Arresto Menor

Good Afternoon Attorney. I had 2 estafa cases in 2003 and one of it was dismissed however i was not able to secure a clearance, For the first case, what I have is the Joint Order that it was Dismissed while for the 2nd case the receiving copy of the Undertaking that I agree for a provisional dismissal of the case. Can they still file a case against me? Thank you very much in advanced.
