Employee didnt comply with "Fit to Work" Medical Certificate

Arresto Menor

We have this employee who is not fully recovered with his accident.he is now using a walker cane. We advice him to give us a medical certificate stating that he is ready for work which he fails to do so. He is not reporting to the office for 4days but still did not give us the request.
What can I do
