Arresto Menor

Dear Attorney,
I am a goverment employee, the incident happened last Oct 3 2012 during our lunch brake, when a coworker suddenly and without provocation punched me on the left side of my face causing me to loose consciousness and was hospitalized for 24hours, broke a tooth and blooded my lips. Please tell me if this grave misconduct is grounds for immediate dismissal since it happened at work. Hope you can help me, thank you.
