Ask ko lang po. May friend po ako na nakasuhan ng Estafa sa halagang 100K. Nareceive nya po ang Subpoena ng 2 beses, umattend siya sa Fiscal's Office.

Then nagulat na lang sya na after few months may Warrant of Arrest siya samantalang hindi naman nya tinakbuhan ang kaso,2 beses sya humarap sa Fiscal.

i recommend he files bail and try to work out a settlement with the complainant or he can also appeal to the doj
