Arresto Menor

My wife filed a case against me under RA 9262 and after it went through the fiscal's office it was approved for filing in court. Case is now with Marikina RTC with a warrant of arrest for me. I have no lawyer yet, can I voluntarily surrender and post bail without a Lawyer yet?

was able to post bail already. The following are also required:
1. Barangay Clearance to prove residency, and
2. Sketch of residence, signed by Barangay.
