hello! i have a friend with a syndicated estafa case which is dismissed by the prosecutor for insufficient evidence. among the 10 rsepondents he was the only one removed from the case (nadamay lang kasi) and the rest were brought to the rtc without bail recommended. the problem is that in the last paragraph where his name is mention without probable cause, the name was slightly mispelled, or interchanged actually. will this have any problem? or does he need to tell the prosecutor or submit any paper telling him that his name was misspelled? by the way in the front page (respondents list) and other pages where his name was mentioned, all of them where correctly spelled... except for the part where the prosecutor said that they found no evidence on "the naem" (misplaced letters).

thank you!!!
