Arresto Menor

good day po sir, how would i go about correcting my middlename if the supporting documents are all misspelled. my middlename should be javellana but it was mistakenly spelled as avellana. my mothers birth ceertificate shows javillana and her fathers death certificate shows jabellana. if you could kindly provide me with the instructions on how to correct this,it will be very much appreciated. Thanks!!!

you can try to file a petition at the local civil registrar for correction of clerical error.
