misspelled middle name

ask ko lang po kc mali po yung spelling ng middle name ko sa NSO pero sa civil registry po tama MONTILLA po kasi sa NSO dapat mo MOTILLA. Nagpunta na po ako sa city hall for correction kaya lang po hinihingan po ako ng birthcertificate ng mother ko kaya lang wala po sya birthcertificate pano po gagawin ko para po maitama at mapabilis po kasi kelangan ko po mag-appply ng passport.

Ask ko din po kasi wala po birthcertificate yung mother ko hindi po nakaregister eh yung sa baptismal certificate nya po mali din Teresita ang name eh ang name po nya Ana yung Ana po ang ginagamit nya. Pano po sya magkakaron ng birthcerfitcate?

why doesn't your mother have a birth certificate? ask the nso if she can still file for late registration

I got a copy of my birth certificate from NSO, and they mispelled my middle name, instead of ISIDRO, it mispelled as SIDRO only, how can i change it because I need to apply passport.
