my friend from san beda texted saying that the PAL case might be given on september coz this is the tenth year of the CB negotiations (expiration). (sorry she did not say which PAL case)
i am hesitant to post these kinds of information, coz i don't how barrristers will take them.
will they panic coz they don't know what the PAL case is about, or will they welcome the tips.
i don't know if tips like these will help at all or confuse them more.
