Arresto Menor

Good Day,

I gave birth, and my ex bf/biological father of my son refuses to sign the birth certificate.

Can I oblige him for financial support and can i file a case against him like RA #9262 or RA 7610 for neglecting our son?
Can I also oblige him to acknowledge my son's birth certificate?

He is jobless and only receiving remittance from his parent.

in this case you have to file a petition for him to acknowledge the child. the best to do this is thru DNA test. though expensive, but undisputable.
Once the paternity is proven and declared. Only then you can obligate him do to his part as the father of the child.
