Arresto Menor

Hello atty.

i have a buyer to my property and we both ofw only phone calls and emails yung contact
nmin w/family concern and we have earnest money agrrement
he gave me a earnest money and i prepared all documents needed for transfer of title
but now he have doubt baka after ng payment
and hindi daw ma execute yung deed of sale.

atty.can i sue the fraud case kasi his wasting my time para ma refund ko yung plane ticket ko and my salary dahil from abroad umuwi ako for this transaction then i cancalled niya lang ...

pls . give me some advice for this thank you......
