Arresto Menor

nalaman ko recently na, sa condo na tinitirahan ko, sinusulat ang pangalan ko - at mga iba pang residente - sa log book nila kapag lumalabas ako at pumapasok.

sabi sa akin ng guard kailangan daw nila imonitor.

ngayon, hindi po ako tinanung kung puwede i log ang labas pasok ko. in other words, walang consent sa akin.

hindi ba ito in violation sa isang privacy rights?

paano kapag i request ko na hindi ako isulat. puwede ba nilang itanggi?

kung puwede nilang itanggi, ano pa ba iba kung puwede gawin para hindi sila mag rekord?

You don't have the right to instruct the securities to exclude you in their security proceeding , may i ask bakit ayaw mong i record ang pag pasok at paglabas mo ? Is there something you are doing wrong ?
