hi gdpm. ask lang po ako ng legal advice. ako po yung seller binenta ko po yung condo na binigay sakin ng mother in law ko. tapos meron na po buyer, ni loan po nila yung payment sa amin, inabot po ng 10 months yung process pero usapan namin verbally 3 months lang since hindi na kmi humingi ng ernest money.. to cut the story short na released na po yung check binigay na ng bank nun Wednesday night hinatid ni bank manager sa house yung check. tapos gusto na nila agad kunin yung key. sabi namin ihatid na lang the following day or friday kasi meron pa mga gamit inside the unit kami kukunin. Friday morning pumupunta yung helper ko to get some stuff and check yung unit before turnover yung key nagulat siya iba na yung padlock and meron sita nakita na tao sa loob which is yun ang buyer. Act po ba ng trespassing yun since hindipa na endorse? meron na ba sila rights to enter the unit kahit wala pa consent.? thank you po.
