Arresto Menor

meron pong parcel of land ang aking lolo sa tagaytay. napakatagal na po na walang nag-o-occupy and nagta-trabaho sa naturang lupa. Nagka-interest ang kapatid ng aking lolo sa lupa at gumawa nang mga pekeng papeles. hanggang sa napag-alaman namin na meron n siyang titulo pero ang sabi sa LRA ay walang deed of sale na ginamit kundi ay pre-patented daw po iyong naging kaso. pano po ang dapat naming gawin? mahahabol pa po ba namin ang lupa? maraming salamat po.
