My husband and I would like to file an annulment for we can't understand our own differences since this is not easy and cheap we agreed to have an legal separation, ang tanong ko dito pwede naba ang separation agreement signed from both of us din duly notarized by the lawyer? yung hindi na kailangan ang court process po.....i know this agreement won't allow us to remarry my purpose only is to have a legal documents that we are separated na nga in terms of rights and obligation.Please advise me of what i am going to do about this. Thank you.
