Arresto Menor

Dear Atty.,

I have a problem started two years ago when my wife leave me for some reasons and go with another man with my 3 year old daugther. Ngayon po nabalitaan ko year 2014 nag kaanak sya sa lalake na sinamahan nya and 1 year old na yung bata. Can i file i case for adultery and anullment to her? yung anak po ba nya sa lalaking yun ebidensya na magagamit? ano po mga pweding mangyari sa kanila.??
