if the oral defamation is considered serious it is 4 mos to 2 years, slight oral defamation and unjust vexation is 1 month.

nagfile po ako sa sa brgy ng kaso laban sa kapitbahy namin na 67 yrs old ng paninirang-puri.meron po akong witnesses.ask ko lng po kung anong magiging parusa nun pagnapatunayang guilty siya.D ba po me moral damages un?
