Good day po,

what charges can be filed against a work-at-home employee who has breached her contract with us? She has been using his former client's details in fraudulent activities.

Also, does the foreigner she duped needed to be in the country to file charges against her? Or can the charges be filed even without his personal appearance?

Does a foreigner need to appear personally in order to file charges? Or can anybody file on his behalf?
