hello po,

nagwowork po ako as a call center associate sa isang BPO company dito sa qc. last june po nag incur ako nang madameng absences dahil nag kaka problem po ako sa lalamunan ko, my doctor gave me a medical certificate stating that i need to be transferred sa non voice account or second option is magpa tonsillectomy ako, when I gave it to my TL sabe niya hindi daw ako pwede mag pa transfer kasi madame absences ko before and dahil sa absences na yun nagka memo kaya hindi ako allowed lumipat within the next 12 months sa ibang account, ako kaya inayos nang TL ko ang leave of absence ko para makapag pa tonsillectomy na lang ako which is yun po ang second option ko. june 25 inoperahan po ako tapos july 24 pinag report po ako sa office, sabe saaken nang HR ieextend daw ang LOA ko kasi napagisipan nilang ilipat na lang ako sa non voice, tapos after 1 month nalaman ko na hindi talaga ako maililipat sa non voice dahil nga sa memo ko before, kaya ibabalik daw ako ulit sa calls, hanggang ngayon wala pa sila update saakin, ako ang follow up nang follow up, pakiramdam ko inaantay nila na magresign ako, pero hindi ko gagawin yun kasi hindi ko naman ginusto magkasakit atsaka bakit biglang mag dedecide sila na ilipat ako after kong operahan, sana inasikaso nila yung paglipat ko nung nagpapagaling ako bakit pa nila inextend ang LOA para sabihin lang nila na hindi din naman ako makakalipat. NO PAY pa ako habang naka LOA ako, matagal na akong binigyan ng DR ko ng fit to work, anong buwan na September na hindi pa din ako pinag rereport. ano po ba ang magandang gawin? pwede na ba ako mag file ng case laban sa company? hindi ba talaga ako paid pag naka LOA e to think sila ang nag decide na i extend LOA ko alam naman nilang hindi talaga ako ma ttransfer dahil sa memo ko. kahit po ba floating ako makakuha pa din ako nang 13th month pay? sana po mabigyan niyo ko nang advice. ano pa po ba ang benefits na makukuha nang floating employee? salamat po.

makakakuha po ba ako nang 13th month if ever naka float pa din ako by november? since may available job naman po ako na babalikan pero hindi pa lang ako pinagrereport sa work, diba po dapat may sweldo na ako?

If I was under Investigayion and was not placed under suspension, should I be considered as being on "Floating Status"? Should I be paid for those days now that I was asked to report back to work?

sansmarie, yes, but based only the actual income you received during the year

ocean, if they prevented you from coming to work while under investigation, then that was a suspension and you should be entitled to be paid.
