I am working with the company for 3 months now, i'd talk to my HR head this morning, i asked her about resignation and she said that if i really want to leave i should pay 20 thousand pesos for not finishing the contract but when i asked her about my contract she didn't show it to me because i when i signed it the information needed are blank. what should i do? really not happy with my work and because of what she have said i am now planning to AWOL
