refund under maceda law

Hi,

Just want to know kung entitled b kong may makuhang refund sa isang property na nag-invest ako... 6 months pa lang ung nahuhulog ko, and i had financial problem kaya i decided to cancel it, is there a possibility n may makuha ako kahit percentage nung naihulog ko?

it depends sa CONTRACT na pinirmahan mo tatz. better read your contract at kung may nakalagay dun na some sort of percentage for refund, magkakaruon ka nga. kung wala, ang sabi sa batas...

in your case, 6 months pa lang... ang naiisip kong remedies ay..
- subrogate your rights to ANOTHER buyer

- find a loophole sa company na iyong hinuhulugan at gawin mo itong EXCHANGE DEAL para ibalik yung naihulog mo (bold and wild suggestion, sa movie ko lang ito napapanood, har har. bad suggestion)
