Hi

need your help po ASAP! I have a question po meron akong loan from Sterling bank of Asia Womens Loan worth 25k last 2009 or 2010. Due to some instances hindi ko pa sya nabayaran pero nagbayad na ko ng 6k after nun wala na ko balita from them. Tuesday I received a letter from the firm na ung loan ko is 102,155 na,lumaki na sya ng bigla and they are filing a court case may affidavit na kasama but walang seal. makukulong po ba ko?can you tell me what to do??
