How many days or months a labor case before the arbiter provide resolution to the case.
I have a case filed at NLRC under case number RAB-IV 05-000697-12-L, I filed the case last May 2012, and we had our submission of response to position paper last July 31, 2012.
Through out the hearing, there was only 1 time that the arbiter attented the case, and that 1 time lasted only 1 to 2 minutes.
The arbiter secretary did not provide us deadline for the resolution.
