Hello, i need help on whatmto do. We encounterd plenty of unfortunate events that leads us to not pay the dues for amost 5 yrs. under gsis po kc unga bhay namin. Ang nababayad pa lng nmin is ung 10% downpayment ng bhay at 2 mons n dues. At ngaun po 5 yrs n kming d nkkpagbayad. Ano pong procedure dapt kong gwin para masettle po ulit toh?? Mas lalaki n po b ang presyo ng bhay?? May penalty po b ko??
