Arresto Menor

What case can be filed against the wife with the following incidents:
1. she physically abuses his husband? For numerous times, she tried to stab him. No reports or police blotter were filed but pictures were taken for the wounds suffered.
2. she aborted their 2nd child without his consent?
3. there is a doubt regarding the paternity of the 3rd child?
Please help..thanks

Will not proper and not easy to proved...
1. Evidence must be shown and a blotter must be filed.
2. Again evidence has to be shown of her being pregnant and if it is deliberately aborted and not miscarriage.
3. Again not easy to proved unless she is caught mating with the father that you are suspicious as the father of the 3rd child, then he can file for adultery and concubinage.
