Pls help. My family have a lot at Cabuyao, Laguna. No land title, only the Tax receipt.
We have been paying the taxes for 30years now. We plan to subdivide the lot into 5 and
apply for TCT for each lot. The name that is on the Tax receipt is my grandmothers name.
Both my grandmother and father are deceased.
How can we transfer the lot to the heirs. What may be the cheapest way. Thanks.
