Simulation of Birth Certificate

Hello! I was born Oct.1977 and was registered July 1988 with simulated birth cert. How will I be able to correct my birth cert. to be considered as legally adopted child by my adopted parents?

good thing you know about the HB. maybe it will be best to wait if it will be passed. else you will expose your parents to a criminal charge

adoption will not erase your father's criminal liability. what is your uncle up to? to convict, he's going to have to shell out for a dna test.

I know a similar case. So what can it be done to help protect the parents who committed the simulated BC and their declared child? Can these parents push thru with the filing of adoption? If these parents admit to the court that they have committed the simulation and willing to go through the process of correction, can they still be penalized?

yes, right now they can still be prosecuted. there was a previous amnesty period, but it expired. maybe they will pass a law for a new one.

unless there is a will, you will not inherit anything. the best thing for your parents to do is really, to file a petition for adoption

May problem po aq sa birth certificate ko. Bale dalawang beses po ako pinaregister bg parents ko with different birth place. Yung first, VALENCIA ang birth place ko. Ang sa delayed naman ay CABANGLASAN. Ngayun ko lang po to nalaman. CABANGLASAN din po ang nakalagay ngayun sa passport ko dahil nabigyan po ako ng NSO ng SECPA paper sa delayed birth ko nung first time ko kumuha ng birth. 
Ngayon po, ayaw na po nila aq bigyan ng delayed birth ko dahil yong first daw po talaga ang valid. Sabi ng DFA ipa.cancel daw po muna ang delayed bago nila i.renew ang passport at palitan ng valencia ang passport ko. Anu po gagawin ko? Gaano po katagal ang proseso? At mgkano po ang magagastos?
Pwede po ba na humingi ng note o affidavit sa abogado na on-going pa ang kaso pra yun po ang ipakita ko sa DFA para po mapalitan ang passport ko?

Ngayon po ay kinuha na nga ang aking kapatid ng DSWD at dinala sa Lubao Pampanga. Ano po ba ang maari naming magawa upang maiayos namin ang kalagayan ng bata at maisagawa ng legal na adoption sa kanya? Wala po kaming hangad na masama sa bata dahil siya po ay talagang mahal na mahal namin. Ako po ay buong pusong nagsusumamo sa inyo dahil kami po ay di naman mayamang pamilya upang tapatan ang kakayanang gumastos ng napakalaking halaga katulad ng ipinagmalaki sa amin ng tiyuhin ko. 1. pwede po bang ibalik nalang anak niya sa kanya 1year old
para di niya ako kasuhan?

My friend has a sister who got pregnant with her 5th child. My friend who is married for 10 years can't bear a child. They agreed that her sister will give her child to my friend because she reasoned she no longer want to make alaga na since her 4th child is barely 2 years old and that they are having financial problems. My friend wanted to file a petition for adoption since she can afford it naman but her sister said to just simulate the birth so my friend can save the money for her to pay for her sister's delivery. So they did it. My friend paid for everything including maternity dresses and pre-natal check ups, and took the child home after delivery. The problem now is her sister is telling everyone, friends and relatives, about how the child is not my friend's and referring to my friend as just mere "yaya" of her child. By the way, my friend wasn't even there when they simulate the birth certificate. They just made her sign it up. Does she have to file cancellation of birth certificate first before she can file for petition for adoption? Thank you.
