ask ko lang po, if pwede bang maging regular ang mga trabahador sa isang mining company? may mga posisyon po ba na kung san un lang ang pwedeng maging regular? o may iba pang sinusunud para ma attain ng isang empleyado ng mining company ang status ng regular employment.?aside po sa labor code sir is there any la na nagproprotekta sa karapatan ng mga empleyado ng minahan? thanks po

i am not aware of any specific rules when it comes to miners so i am of the opinion that the general rules apply. if you were hired without any contract, you automatically become a regular employee
