Good day,

Can I invite a witness sa proceedings nang admin hearing sa company namin?

Saka paano kung walang officers guideline/rules yung company paano namin sila hahabulin nang harassment(i dont know the exact term, pinagiinitan)/ abuse of power/authority?

Our department kasi is experiencing monetary losses and we feel na naghahanap ang mga bosses nang reason para magtanggal nang mga employees.
