Since 2010, my dad's had a feud vs his 2 siblings. These 2 siblings and lolo "quit claim" and donated some properties to a third party. A family friend told me that it's a form of fraud. The 2 siblings and lolo concealed the fact that there is another heir (my dad). Grandma died in 2008.
These 2 siblings (bro and sis) had a falling out and the bro sides with my dad now.
My question is, since the 2 siblings and lolo had committed fraud, how can we get the bro (who's on my dad's side now) not included in the demanda?
