Hi.
Im currently renting a bedspace here in Brgy Pio del Pilar Makati. Ive been renting here for quite sometime. I admit that im 2 months delinquent with my payment but i make sure that every month i pay my monthly rent so that late payment for 2 months will not incur additional month. Last week, the landlord posted a notice on every door and on the hallway that all delinquent tenants needs to pay their overdue rental on or before Aug 5th, and in case of non-payment, they will post the names of the tenants all over the building. I am sure that they will do that, since theyve already done this in the past wherein they posted all the names of the tenants and for all the people living in the building to see. Is that legal or is it considered harassment? we're not going to run away with the rent unpaid. we have shown intention that we will pay it thats why we make it a point to pay every month so that it will not accumulate more. i need your advice on this. thanks.
