Within how many years po pwede mag-file ng estafa case from the time the crime was committed? Our company bought merchandise from an indentor. Nabayaran na po sa kanila yung items but they never delivered. Neither did they refund the money we paid them. This happened years ago. I was wondering kung pwede pa kami mag-file ng estafa case laban sa kanila kahit na years have passed na. Please give us advice. Thank you po.
