Hi there,

I would like to ask what is the prescription period for the collection of payment for advertising fees that are still outstanding.

By this, I mean how much time do I have to file a case for the collection of unpaid advertising dues? Also, does this prescription period start from the time the contract was signed?

I would appreciate any input you have on the matter. Thank you in advance.
