Hi! I am an Accountancy student and I'm currently taking up the subject Law on Obligations and Contracts. I was assigned to report about Rescissible contracts and for some reason, I'm afraid I couldn't understand the real meaning of that. I do hope you understand that I'm not inclined to this expertise but I really want to understand well. So, if you please, give me examples and instances with regard to rescissible contracts.
