Please help me, my friend want to sangla her house and lot to me. I have no idea where to start in this kind of deal.

May I ask what documents shall we prepare to do this transaction? And the procedure we must do? This is for the safety of me as a 1st timer to do this.

it is prudent to make sure first that your friend is the owner of the lot and the title to the said lot is registered under his name.

then ask a lawyer to prepare for you contracts of loan and mortgage, or simply a loan with assumption of mortgage.
