My son is illegitimate, sa birth certificate tama po bang ilagay sa "Name of Father" ang "Unknown"? Gusto ko po sana ilagay ang name ng father kahit di nakasunod sa surname nya ang bata pero sabi ng hospital admin dapat daw "UNKNOWN" or "N/A" ang ilagay kasi di kami kasal at ayaw pirmahan ng Father ang birth cert. para kasing putok sa buho ang anak ko kung di nakalagay ang name ng father, which is KNOWN naman tlaga at hindi UNKNOWN.

i wish they would put something else more politically correct, but no name can be put their if the father did not acknowledge the child

Atty, pwede po bang ipalagay yung name ng father sa birth certificate at willing naman siya na ipangalan sa kanya ang bata. What are the following things to do para mapabago ang birth certificate nya? Thanks!
