Child support from foreigner ex-bf

I got impregnated by my ex-bf Iranian national, currently studying here in CEU. He will stay here in the Philippines for 1 ½ year more for his studies. During sem break umuuwi sya sa Iran at nagppractice ng cosmetic surgeon (he is earning). Dec. 2011 when he agreed to shoulder the half of the hospital bill when I give birth but he refuses to give the monthly support. Pero until now wala pang binibigay. He don’t want to sign the birth certificate. As usual para sa mga lalakeng ayaw akuin ang kanilang anak sasabihin nilang hindi kanya ang bata. I’m willing to undergo DNA test and I’m pretty sure na sya talaga ang father. He changed his cp nos. to escape me but still I know where to find him. My son was born June 1, 2012… almost 2 mos. now.
1. If I file a civil case for child support, how long will it take to get the decision from court? I’m thinking dahil 1 ½ year na lang sya mag stay dito baka di na umabot ang decision ng court kung mas matagal pa sa 1 ½ yrs ang proseso ng kaso.

2. Is it possible na maireklamo ko siya sa Bureau of Immigration re: child support case? If yes, pede ba siyang madeport? I was thinking kase kung hindi rin magbbigay ng child support mas mabuti ng madeport sya.

3. In case matapos ang 1 ½ year at makauwi na sya for good sa Iran. May habol pa ba ang kaso ko sa Iran?

4. In case ibigay na nya ang pera para sa half ng hospital bill at kung may ipa-sign sya sa akin na kasunduan. Kung iibahin ko ba ang aking pirma, considered valid pa rin ba yon? I was thinking kase baka magbigay sya ng pera for half ng hospital bill, kapalit sa hindi ko pag file ng child support case.

5. How much is the cheapest DNA test and where? How long will it take to get the result.

6. My son is illegitimate, tama po bang ilagay sa "Name of Father" ang "Unknown" sa birth certificate? Gusto ko po sana ilagay ang name ng father kahit di nakasunod sa name nya ang bata pero sabi ng hospital admin dapat daw "UNKNOWN" or "N/A" ang ilagay kasi di kami kasal at ayaw pirmahan ng Father ang birth cert. para kasing putok sa buho ang anak ko kung di nakalagay ang name ng father, which is KNOWN naman tlaga at hindi UNKNOWN.

1. RE: question no. 4. Based from the other topic na nabasa ko dito sa forum, what if papirmahin nya ako ng affidavit of desistance para di ko ituloy ang pagsampa ng kaso sa kanya, invalid pa rin po ba yon?

2. if pumirma po ako sa kahit na anong kasunduan at iniba ko ang aking totoong signature, considered valid pa rin po ba ang agreement na yon?

3. In case mag pa DNA test kami sino po magbbayad non? pede ba siya ang magbayad ng whole amount since wala nman sya sinuporta sa akin since nabuntis ako.

4. How much po magagastos ko sa ganitong kaso... Atty's fee... etc..
