Arresto Menor

nakadetained po ang byenan ko dito sa cavite past 3 weeks ago kasi meron sya warrant for robbery case last 2008 that was been issued in sanchez, mira cagayan. We tried na mapyansahan sya for surety kaya lang po 3 insurance na yung tumatanggi sa layo ng pinangyarihan. Ano po dapat naming gawin? meron po ba kayo alam na insurance company na nag hahandle for surety bond sa sanchez mira cagayan?
