accused of theft

good eve atty..i was accused of theft by my co-worker.he gave me his atm card and pin number for balance inquiry, unfortunately i accidentally withdrew 1000 pesos only upon knowin i returned it to his bag just sad that i wasnt able to tell him that i accidentally withdrew it instead i told him that i put the card and money in his bag.obviously in atm machine cctv i was seen ofcourse i made a transaction, i told him i unintentionally withdrew and that i put it in his bag when i was trying to talk to him, callin him he not pickin the phone, when he found out that he's missin 1k.. my worry is, il be subject for termination if proven guilty..what shall i do..
