Good day

I need help and advice regarding
the no record of payment by father found on the record of NHMFC that resulted to selling the property. Also, there were no noticed to sell from the NHMFC wherein the signature was not by my father. With this, where could we file complaint for such recklessness.

Today, they informed us to wait for the judge decision or to talk with the buyer and return his payment.. please send advice.
