We have buy a total of 198 sqm. as stated on all our documents like contract to sell and land title. But when we check on the City Office of Engineering the ZONING of lot area result is only 168 sqm.
There is a discrepancy of 30 sqm. What shall we do? Please give us advice... Thank You

if you bought the property per square meter, you are entitled to reduction of price but if you bought it by bulk meaning as a whole without due regard to the size, no right..
