Could please anyone help me? I was invited for an administrative/disciplinary hearing?

Ano bang meron dun, why do they suggest to bring my own counsel?

Would this be put on my record. Would my future employers know this?

a hearing is done to allow you to present your side. you are given the opportunity to bring a lawyer, but only if you so wish. yes, it will go to your employment record. if future employers inquire with your previous company, it is possible
