What if I don't have a contract that is being signed in the company and I took AWOL in that company but I am accreditted in the POEA, could they file me a case? Thanks.

Walang makakasagot sayo dito kung anong demanda laban syo. Magpa-clearance ka pra malaman mo accountabilities mo o hintayin mo demanda sayo pra malaman mo kung ano isasagot mo sa demanda laban sayo.
