I was about to be regularized when I chose not to continue working for the company I was working for and just wait for the end of my contract. Sabi po ng former workmate ko, I am entitled for a back pay kasi gano'n daw po 'pag end of contract. Do I really get to have one?
Also, February 01 po ako nagsign for a 5-months contract. 'Di po nila sigurado kung kailan ang end of contract ko kaya I supposed it June 30 and wala naman po silang angal. On a twisted coincidence, officially po ay nagshutdown ang company na pinagtrabahuan ko ng July 1, are my workmates entitled for a separation pay? And am I entitled to it too?
