Maganda umaga po.

Patay na po ang tatay ko pati ang kanyang mga magulang.

Ang magulang po ng aking ama ay may naiwang mga ari arian kasama na po ang lupa.

Hindi po kasal ang nanay ko sa tatay ko dahil may nauna na pala siyang pinakasalan.

Tanong ko po. May mamanahin din po ba kami sa lupain at ari arian ng lola namin?

Probinsiya po yun hindi ko rin alam kung may titulo ang mga ari arian ng lola ko may paraan po ba para malaman?

Maraming marami pong salamat sa pagtugon.

first, there is no doubt that you will inherit from your father even if you're an illegitimate child. so as to your father's estate, you will inherit from that.

now, as to whether you will inherit from your grandparents, this will depend on whether your father is illegitimate also or not. if he is, then you can inherit. if he is not, then you may not inherit.

you can visit and ask the registry of deeds in the province where the property is located if it is titled or not.

I just want to make it clear that even if the father is legitimate, as long as the grandparents died first, then you still have a right to the inheritance.
