GOOD DAY ATTY,

IM APRIL, 26 OF AGE I WAS MARRIED ALMOST 6 YEARS AGO FROM NOW, BUT WERE SEPARATED ON FIVE MONTHS AFTER GETTING MARRIED DUE TO NO FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND HE'S BEEN INTO ADDICTION ( DRUG AND BARKADA ), WE HAD A DAUGTHER, WHICH IS THE REASON WHY OUR PARENTS DECIDED TO GET US MARRIED. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY THAT OUR MARRIAGE BE NULL SINCE WERE SEPARATED FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS? I JUST NEED A GUIDANCE ON HOW TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM, HOPE YOU CAN GUID ME,

To annul marriages it cost a lot of money and take long time process and procedures.

You'll need to find a solid ground and enough evidence to make it possible.

My advice is hire a very good lawyer that are professional dealing in this type of case.

mere separation, addiction, are not sufficient grounds.

What about one of my friend case where the husband since the children was born never share any responsibility and never give any maintenance at all which is abandonment for 20 years?
simply because he cannot stop being engaged in addiction and drug pushing and was sent to jail for life??? Shocked

Psychological incapacity. Though expensive and long battle.
