Atty, Ask ko lang kung walang signature nung ama un affidavit of paternity at the back of the birth certificate pero dineclare ng ina un name ng ama nung bata sa front page valid pa rin po ba un birth certificate? ano po un consequences ng walang pirma ng ama sa likod ng birth certificate?
