My father had a land in Novaliches, Quezon City and His land title was transfered to another person by falsification of public documents. We file a case against the accused person,
However, it is almost a year and nothing happened the case is still in the prosecutors’ office, the accused person run away.
We seek some advice to one of the judge in Quezon City trial court, and the judge told us that the case is too weak.
Because the registered of deeds in Quezon City cannot come up the fake deed of sale and the fake land title…
The judge advice my father to find a trusted realty lawyer who can handle the case properly..
My father is financially unstable right now but he offers 25% of the value of the land as an attorneys fee once he can take it back.
