magandang umaga po, sinabihan po ako ng HR at supervisor ko na mag voluntary resign na lang daw ako. ? tama po ba yun ?

if there is a valid reason to terminate you, then it can save you and the company a messy termination process. if there is none, then you should not comply, and either way, you cannot be forced to comply
